Atmega8U2 USB serial converter

The board features an Atmega8U2 programmed as a USB-to-serial converter, matching the chip used on the Arduino Uno. It uses standard USB COM drivers with no external drivers required, apart from a .inf file on Windows systems.

Broad module compatibility

Designed for all hardware using standard XBee sockets, the adapter supports XBee Series 1 and Series 2.5 in both standard and Pro versions. It is also compatible with Bluetooth Bee and BLE Link modules.

X-CTU configuration and wireless programming

Easily configure wireless network parameters by connecting to a PC running Digi X-CTU software. When paired with BLE Link modules, it also supports wireless programming for compatible development boards.
