How do I place an order?+

Browse our extensive catalog, select your desired items and add them to your cart. Once you've finished shopping, proceed to checkout, log in or sign up, or you can even proceed without an account, then choose your shipping method and enter your delivery details. Finally, select your payment option and complete the order.

What payment methods do you accept?+

We accept Bank EFT payments and Paygate through PayFast. All transactions are securely processed.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?+

Yes, we use PayFast with industry-standard SSL encryption to ensure all payment information is transmitted securely. We do not store any credit card details on our servers. Payfast is PCI DSS level 1 compliant. PCI DSS stands for Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard and is a PASA (Payment Association of South Africa) regulation in South Africa; this means any company accepting credit card payments on their website needs to comply in some way.

How long will it take to receive my order?+

Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Typically, standard shipping takes 9-13 business days, however the actual shipping time may take longer than expected due to reasons such as invalid address(es), customs clearance procedures, or other causes.

Do you offer free shipping?+

We offer free standard shipping on orders over R2,000. For orders below that amount, a flat shipping fee of R150 applies. Free shipping promotions are available from time to time.

What is your return and refund policy?+

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they are unused and in their original condition with tags attached. Refunds are processed within 3 business days after we receive the returned items. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. How can I track my order?+

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can also log into your account on our website and view your order history and tracking information.

What should I do if I received a defective or incorrect item?+
