In-stock items: processed within 1–3 business days, then standard courier delivery (3–5 business days*).
Out-of-stock items: items shown as “Ships in 7–10 working days” are not held in stock right now — we order them in for you, and they ship within 7–10 working days of your order, then follow the same courier delivery. Orders that mix in-stock and out-of-stock items ship together once every item is ready.

If you found that: 1) your package has not been delivered within the specified time; 2) the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered but you have not received it; or 3) your package includes missing/incorrect items, please contact customer service within 90 days of the payment date so that the aforementioned issues can be addressed. For other orders, products, and logistics-related issues, make sure to contact customer service within 180 days of the payment date.
