Delivery Information
In-stock items: processed within 1–3 business days, then standard courier delivery (3–5 business days*).
Backorder (lead-time) items: items shown as “Ships in ~14 working days” are ordered in for you — they ship once they arrive at our warehouse (about 14 working days by default; the exact lead time is shown on the product and in your cart), then follow the same courier delivery. Orders that mix in-stock and lead-time items ship together once every item is ready.

* The shipping time is an estimate based on the date the order is paid for, but the actual shipping time may take longer than expected due to reasons such as invalid address(es), customs clearance procedures, or other causes.
If you found that: 1) your package has not been delivered within the specified time; 2) the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered but you have not received it; or 3) your package includes missing/incorrect items, please contact customer service within 90 days of the payment date so that the aforementioned issues can be addressed. For other orders, products, and logistics-related issues, make sure to contact customer service within 180 days of the payment date.
*Due to the South Africa customs policy, your package may incur customs clearance tariff. Please note that you are responsible for paying the tariff.
