Comprehensive circuit protection and isolation

The converter integrates unibody digital and power isolation to suppress ground loops and electrical interference without requiring an auxiliary isolated power source. Enhanced hardware protections include 15kV ESD isolation, 600W lightning and surge protection, onboard TVS diodes, and self-recovery fuses for sustained over-current and over-voltage safety.

High-speed transmission and automatic control

Driven by genuine SP3232EEN and SP485EEN transceiver chips, the device delivers communication speeds from 300 to 921600 bps with zero-delay automatic hardware direction control. A built-in 120-ohm terminal resistor is also included for easy impedance matching across RS485 and RS422 bus runs.

DIN rail mounting and wide voltage input
