The UHF RFID Classic Tag is a passive identification card based on the Alien Higgs3 chip, operating across the 860-960MHz frequency range. It is well suited for makers, educators, and engineers implementing long-distance asset tracking and access control projects.

Alien Higgs3 core chip

The card integrates an Alien Higgs3 chip that operates across the 860MHz to 960MHz UHF spectrum. As a passive tag, it draws power directly from the reader signal without needing an internal battery.

Long-distance reading range

Designed for extended detection, this tag supports a reading range between 5m and 30m. This allows for reliable hands-free scanning and automated tracking setups.

EPC Gen2 protocol support

The tag is fully compliant with EPC Gen2 and ISO 18000-6C communication standards. This guarantees compatibility with standard commercial and industrial UHF RFID readers.

Onboard memory capacity

It includes 64B of dedicated EPC and user memory. This space provides ample capacity for storing device identifiers and custom application data.
