Description
The SIM7600G-H-M2 is an LTE Cat 4 communication module delivering up to 150 Mbps downlink and 50 Mbps uplink speeds across global frequency bands. Designed with an M.2 B KEY form factor and onboard GNSS positioning, it is ideal for makers, engineers, and educators building connected IoT devices and industrial systems.
Global LTE Cat 4 data speeds
The module supports worldwide LTE-TDD, LTE-FDD, HSPA+, and GSM networks. It delivers peak data transfer rates of up to 150 Mbps downlink and 50 Mbps uplink for high-bandwidth telemetry and communications.

Standard M.2 B Key form factor
Built using a SIM7600-H module paired with an M.2 adapter board, this compact 42.0 x 31.4 x 3.8 mm unit installs easily into standard M.2 B KEY slots. It operates from a 3V to 4.2V power supply and supports both 1.8V and 3.0V SIM cards.

High-accuracy multi-constellation GNSS
Integrated satellite positioning supports GPS, Beidou, GLONASS, GALILEO, and QZSS constellations. It connects via IPEX4 antenna terminals that include dedicated ports for LTE main, LTE diversity, and GNSS antennas.

Industrial-grade connectivity and interfaces
The board breaks out versatile hardware interfaces including UART, USB, and GPIO pins for easy integration with host microcontrollers and single-board computers. It operates reliably across an extended industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.

Broad OS and protocol compatibility
Featuring built-in drivers for Windows, Linux, and Android, the module provides native support for protocols such as TCP, IPv6, FTPS, HTTPS, and DNS. Users can control and debug operations using standard AT commands, with support for FOTA and USB firmware updates.
Targeted for industrial IoT applications
With its robust connectivity options, this module is suited for telematics, surveillance devices, customer-premises equipment, industrial routers, and remote diagnostics setups.
