Description
The Hiwonder LSC-24 is a powerful 24-channel digital servo controller designed for driving complex robotic systems. Equipped with a high-performance STM32 core and extensive safety protections, it is an excellent choice for students, educators, and makers working on multi-axis robots.
High-precision motion control
Powered by a high-performance STM32 microcontroller with an ARM Cortex-M3 core, this controller delivers exceptionally precise servo control with adjustable speeds. The built-in power switch and integrated positive and negative power interfaces simplify wiring and reduce setup complexity.
Generous onboard storage
Equipped with 16MB of high-capacity memory, the controller can store up to 230 action groups, with each group holding up to 510 individual actions. This allows for complex, multi-step robotic sequences to be run offline in single or continuous loop modes.
Comprehensive hardware protection
The controller features 24-channel overload protection to safeguard your servos from stalling and burning out, while signal isolation shields the CPU from power surges. A low-voltage buzzer alarm sounds if the voltage drops below 5.6V, protecting your batteries from over-discharge.
PC software and debugging
The controller supports driver-free online debugging, allowing you to configure and test your robot's movements directly from your computer without installing complex drivers. The intuitive PC software interface makes programming action sequences straightforward.
Flexible wireless control options
An onboard PS2 handle interface allows for convenient remote control up to a range of approximately 10 metres. Dedicated ports also support the addition of external Bluetooth modules for wireless control or MP3 modules to enable sound effects.
Multi-platform serial communication
A reserved TTL serial communication port allows the controller to receive commands from external development boards. Communication routines are provided for Arduino, Raspberry Pi, Jetson Nano, and 51 microcontrollers to help you get started quickly.
