Description
The GRIS 150M Miniature WiFi Module is an ultra-compact USB wireless network card designed for quick and reliable 802.11n connectivity. It provides transfer speeds up to 150Mbps, making it ideal for makers, students, and developers adding wireless capabilities to single-board computers and mini PCs.
Fast wireless data transmission
Compliant with the IEEE 802.11b/g/n standards, this module delivers transmission speeds of up to 150Mbps across the 2.4GHz to 2.4835GHz frequency band. It supports efficient local area network transfers with a transmit power of 20dBm.
Ultra-compact form factor
Measuring just 21mm by 14mm by 7mm, the module integrates an intelligent 2dBi antenna into a miniature USB 2.0 housing. It provides strong signal reception without adding bulk to portable projects.
Interference mitigation and soft AP
Integrated CAA technology detects surrounding wireless interference and automatically adjusts bandwidth mode to maintain connection stability. The module also features soft router capability, allowing it to share a network connection with smartphones and tablets.
Robust security encryption
Data transmission is protected via 64-bit, 128-bit, and 256-bit WEP encryption standards. It also supports WPA, WPA-PSK, WPA2, and WPA2-PSK secure authentication mechanisms.
Broad development board compatibility
The plug-and-play USB interface works seamlessly with single-board computers including Raspberry Pi, Raspberry Pi CM4, Jetson Nano, LattePanda, and PYNQ-Z2 development boards. It supports Windows (2000 through 10), Linux, and macOS platforms.
