The Gravity: Digital Wireless Transmit Switch uses 433MHz RF communication to send simple digital signals through walls without complex network configuration. It includes both a transmitter and receiver module, making it ideal for students, hobbyists, and makers wanting an easy way to add remote control functionality to their microcontroller projects.

Reliable 433MHz RF communication

Operating on the certification-free 433MHz frequency band, this switch offers strong signal penetration through walls with an indoor stable transmission range of up to 15 metres. It avoids the complex AT commands of Bluetooth, the high power consumption of Wi-Fi, and the line-of-sight limitations of infrared.

Flexible pairing and operational modes

The module supports versatile networking setups, including one-to-many and many-to-one transmitter and receiver configurations. It features 15 transmitter button states along with inching, latching, self-locking, and interlocking working modes.

Ultra-low power consumption

Running on 3.3V to 5.0V DC, the transmitter draws less than 10uA on standby and 10mA during emission at 5V. The receiver operates with a 3mA standby current and draws 6mA during active reception.

Broad controller compatibility

Equipped with 4 digital interfaces, the switch easily connects to any microcontroller capable of reading and writing digital signals. It provides an efficient solution for wireless doorbells, remote controllers, and converting existing wired pushbuttons into wireless controls.

Compact board dimensions

The transmitter measures 47 x 32 mm and the receiver measures 37 x 32 mm, with both boards including 3.1 mm inner diameter mounting holes. The kit ships with the switch modules and Gravity digital sensor cabling to get connected quickly.
