Industrial clamping coupling design

Each wheel is equipped with a patented, industrial-grade metal clamping coupling (Patent No. 202123011047.2) for secure motor shaft attachment. These omnidirectional wheels are designed specifically for indoor use and flat environments to ensure smooth operation.

Robust aluminium alloy construction

The wheels feature a durable aluminium alloy wheel hub paired with high-quality rubber rollers. Across the range, single-wheel load capacities reach up to 3.5kg for the smaller models and up to 40kg for the larger variants.

Compact wheel technical drawings

The 60mm and 75mm models are designed for compact platforms, featuring 5 and 6 supporting rollers respectively. They support clamping couplings with inner diameters of 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm or 8mm, secured with M3 screws.

Mid-sized wheel specifications

The 127mm diameter wheel has a width of 40.33mm and features 11 supporting rollers. It supports a wide range of coupling inner diameters from 5mm to 18mm, with keyway options of 5 by 2.3mm or 6 by 2.8mm for high-torque applications.

Heavy-duty 152mm wheel dimensions

With 13 supporting rollers, the 152mm model has a main wheel width of 40.25mm and a coupling length of 18.41mm. It accommodates various motor shafts with coupling inner diameters up to 18mm and secure M3 or M4 thread holes.

Maximum scale 203mm wheel details

The largest wheel in the series has a 203mm diameter, 18 supporting rollers and a weight of 919.5g. It features a wheel width of 40.25mm and provides robust keyway coupling options to handle demanding payloads.
