The WHEELTEC S300 Mini Open Source Composite Robot is a highly capable, compact mobile manipulator designed for advanced research, education, and industrial prototyping. Combining a highly agile differential mobile chassis with a 6-axis collaborative robotic arm, this fully open-source platform is ideal for students, educators, and makers working on complex ROS-based applications in space-constrained environments.

Six-axis collaborative robotic arm

The robot comes standard with a Realman ECO65 6-axis collaborative robotic arm, offering precise manipulation with a 5kg payload capacity and a 610mm working radius. Its open-source design provides developers with complete access to the chassis drive source code, ROS source code, and 3D models.

Compact design for limited spaces

Engineered specifically for environments with limited space, the S300 Mini features a scaled-down body size without compromising on performance. It retains the same high-end sensor suite and independent suspension system as the larger Pro model, including dual TOF lidars, a Gemini Pro binocular depth camera, and automatic recharging capabilities.

Powerful processing and smart control

Equipped with an NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano Super 8GB master controller, the robot integrates two TOF lidars, two depth cameras, and five ultrasonic sensors for robust navigation. A high-capacity 24V 20000mAh lithium iron phosphate battery provides approximately 8 hours of endurance, supporting control via APP, ROS1, ROS2, or a multi-mode smart handle.

Robust differential mobile chassis

Driven by 5-inch hub motors, the differential chassis features two active wheels and four passive wheels. It supports a maximum speed of 2.0 m/s and can carry a payload of up to 20kg, making it highly agile and stable.
