Versatile bionic configurations

This range features pneumatic, electric, and servo-driven models with two, three, or four fingers, including waterproof variants and a spherical gripper. Built using high-precision CNC processing, these bionic claws are designed for delicate tasks like fruit sorting and hold a Chinese utility model patent for the two-finger servo version.

Pneumatic drive specifications

The pneumatic models operate at a pressure of 0.2 to 0.6 MPa and can achieve a gripping frequency of under 100 times per minute. They support a grip size range of 10 to 120 mm, with payloads ranging from 0.6 kg for the two-finger model up to 1.5 kg for the four-finger version.

Electric drive specifications

Powered by a DC 12V to 24V supply, the electric grippers offer a stable grip size range of 10 to 120 mm. These models weigh between 370 g and 510 g, delivering a maximum payload of 1.5 kg at a frequency of under 40 times per minute.

Servo drive specifications

Operating on a 5V supply, the servo-driven grippers are available in standard and waterproof versions with a gripping frequency of under 60 times per minute. Depending on the model, they offer a grip size of up to 100 mm and can handle payloads up to 1.2 kg.

High-performance digital servo

The integrated S20F 20kg digital servo features durable metal gears, a metal output shaft, and a 268:1 reduction ratio. It operates at 5V to 6V, providing up to 23 kg.cm of stall torque and a 180-degree operating angle.
