The Waveshare PoE HAT (F) is an IEEE 802.3af/at-compliant Power over Ethernet expansion board designed for the Raspberry Pi 5. It delivers both power and network connectivity via a single Ethernet cable when paired with compliant power sourcing equipment. This module is ideal for makers, educators, and hobbyists looking to simplify cabling in remote or networked computing projects.
Single-cable power and networking
This HAT allows your Raspberry Pi 5 to receive both power and network data through one Ethernet cable, eliminating the need for a separate power supply.
Active cooling and thermal management
It comes equipped with an onboard high-speed active cooling fan and a metal heatsink to ensure optimal heat dissipation under intensive workloads.
Isolated power supply
Featuring a fully isolated switched-mode power supply, the HAT provides a stable 5V 4.5A output through the 40-pin GPIO header and up to 12V 2A via the 2-pin header.
