TT Motor with Encoder (6V 160RPM 120:1)

The TT Motor with Encoder is a geared DC motor designed for precise speed and position sensing in mobile robotics. Featuring a 120:1 reduction ratio and built-in quadrature feedback, it is well suited for students, educators, and makers building autonomous robotic vehicles.

Integrated quadrature encoder

The motor incorporates a quadrature encoder to deliver real-time feedback on wheel rotation and travel distance. This enables precise speed measurement and reliable closed-loop control in autonomous projects.

120:1 reduction gearbox

An internal 120:1 gearbox steps down the motor speed while delivering increased torque for drive wheels. This reduction ratio provides smooth and consistent motion on small robotic platforms.

High resolution pulse output

The encoder outputs 16 pulses per single motor revolution. Combined with the 120:1 gear ratio, it produces up to 1920 pulses per complete revolution of the output shaft for granular position tracking.

6V 160RPM operating rating

Designed to operate at 6V, the motor achieves an output speed of 160RPM. This balance of speed and power makes it ideal for educational chassis and hobbyist mobile rovers.
