SparkFun LilyPad XBee Breakout Board DEV-12921

The SparkFun LilyPad XBee is a sewable breakout board designed to bring wireless communication to your wearable e-textile projects. It features large sewable tabs and onboard power regulation to integrate seamlessly with the LilyPad ecosystem. This board is ideal for makers, students, and educators creating interactive garments and connected textiles.

Wearable wireless connectivity

This breakout board allows you to attach your favourite XBee module to clothing and fabric circuits using large, easy-to-sew connection tabs. It comes with pre-soldered headers so you can easily plug in an XBee unit.

Integrated power regulation

The board is equipped with all the necessary power regulation required to operate seamlessly on the LilyPad system. Like other LilyPad components, the board is washable once sewn into your garment.

Compatibility and notes

Co-developed by Kate Hartman and Rob Faludi, the board works with all popular XBee module types. Please note that an XBee module is not included and must be supplied separately.
