The Micro Metal Gearmotor 30:1 is a miniature brushed DC motor with an integrated all-metal gearbox designed for compact robotics and drive systems. Operating between 3V and 6V, it is ideal for students, makers, and hobbyists building small wheeled rovers or automated mechanisms.

Geared motor performance

Running on 3V to 6V, the motor features a 30:1 gear reduction that converts the 15000 rpm raw motor speed into a loaded output of 700 rpm (±10%) at 6V. It delivers a stall torque of 1.2 kg/cm while drawing 55 mA at no load and up to 700 mA at stall.

D-shaped metal output shaft

The gearbox features a long 9.27 mm (0.365 inch) D-shaped metal shaft that provides reliable mechanical grip. It matches standard robotics wheels, including 42x19 mm and 32x7 mm wheel profiles.

Versatile mounting configurations

The brass faceplate includes two M1.6 threaded mounting holes with a 0.35 mm pitch for direct chassis fastening. It is also compatible with standard and extended mounting brackets that fully enclose the gears and accommodate wheels with recessed hubs.

Mini mobile platform compatibility

This unit is suitable for mini mobile platforms such as two-wheel miniQ robot chassis kits. It interfaces directly with compatible miniQ wheel encoders, mounting brackets, and drive wheels.
