Inclined Electromagnetic Lock (12V)

This 12V inclined electromagnetic lock is a compact electronic latch designed to secure cabinets, drawers, and automated enclosures. When powered, the pure-copper bolt retracts smoothly, making it ideal for integration with relay modules and microcontrollers. It suits makers, educators, and hobbyists building smart home systems or secure storage projects.

Rotatable pure-copper bolt

The bolt and lock hole are crafted from pure copper to prevent sticking and ensure smooth action. The bolt can be rotated to 90, 180, or 270 degrees to fit various mounting orientations and door frames.

Simple 12V electronic latching

Supplying 12V at 0.4A energises the pure copper coil to retract the bolt across a 10mm stroke with up to 1N (0.1kg) of suction force. When power is removed, the bolt pops back out to lock the enclosure securely.

Durable anti-corrosion housing

The metal shell and frame feature an electroless nickel-plated finish to resist corrosion and daily wear. The assembly provides solid heat resistance and supports unlimited electrification time for long-term reliability.

Wiring and microcontroller connection

Two control wires connect the lock to your control circuitry, with red for positive and black for negative. A DC2.1 female terminal connector is included in the package for easy power wiring.

Cabinet and automated system applications

Measuring 55mm by 23mm by 28mm, the unit fits neatly inside file cabinets, showcase displays, storage racks, and vending machines. It is easily driven by standard relay modules and microcontrollers in custom automation setups.
