High-torque steel gear drivetrain

Built with internal steel gears on a thickened 2.0 centre distance axis, this servo produces up to 35.5kg.cm of stall torque at 7.4V. Dual ball bearings ensure smooth rotation, while the aluminium and PA casing facilitates rapid heat dissipation during heavy loads.

Electronic and thermal overload protection

Integrated intelligence safeguards internal components from damage during stalls and extended strain. The system triggers overload protection if locked up for over 8 seconds and automatically cuts torque output if operating temperatures exceed 70°C, resuming once cooled.

IP54 splash-proof sealed construction

Gasket-sealed joints, coated circuit boards, and adhesive-sealed motor and potentiometer assemblies provide IP54-rated moisture protection. This allows reliable actuation in damp, outdoor, or splash-prone operational environments.

Precision PWM signal interface
