The High Torque Waterproof Metal Gear Digital Servo delivers up to 20kg.cm of torque across a controllable 180-degree rotation range. Featuring reinforced copper gears, dual ball bearings, and an IP54 splash-proof build, it is well suited for hobbyists, students, and makers building demanding robotics and automation setups.

Heavy-duty copper gears and aluminium housing

The internal drivetrain features copper gears with a thickened 2.0 centre distance axis and dual ball bearings for reliable linear motion. Its hybrid PA and aluminium casing promotes rapid heat dissipation to extend service life under high loads.

Electronic stall and thermal protection

Integrated safety logic automatically cuts torque output if a stall or overload condition persists for longer than 8 seconds. The servo also ceases operation if internal temperatures exceed 70 degrees Celsius, resuming only after cooling down.

IP54 water-resistant construction

Joints are sealed with waterproof gaskets, the circuit board is coated in protective varnish, and both the motor and potentiometer are sealed with specialised adhesive. These measures provide IP54 splash-proof reliability for humid or outdoor conditions.

Metal horn and mounting hardware

Each unit comes supplied with a durable metal servo arm and a comprehensive pack of varied-shape servo horns and fasteners. This makes the standard 25T output shaft quick to adapt across custom brackets and linkages.

Standard PWM interface and pinout

The servo operates across a 5V to 8.4V supply voltage range and responds to standard 500 to 2500 microsecond PWM control signals at 20ms periods. The 3-wire interface connects easily to standard microcontrollers and robotics controllers.

Engineered with standard mounting dimensions, the casing integrates smoothly into robotic arms, animatronics, and automated machinery. The 25T 5.9mm output shaft uses an M3x6 screw for secure horn fastening.
