The High Torque Waterproof Metal Coreless Digital Servo delivers up to 35kg.cm of torque across a 180-degree rotation range for demanding automation and robotics projects. Featuring reinforced steel gears, an aluminium hybrid casing, and an IP54 splash-proof rating, it offers dependable precision for makers, students, and engineers.

Reinforced steel gears and dual bearings

The internal drive train utilises reinforced steel gears with an optimised 2.0 centre distance and dual ball bearings for stable linear motion. A hollow-cup coreless motor combined with the aluminium housing promotes efficient heat dissipation during sustained operation.

Built-in stall and overload protection

Integrated electronic protection prevents drive burnout during severe stalls. If the servo exceeds overload torque for more than eight seconds, the current drops by 80 percent, supplemented by thermal cutoff protection above 70 degrees Celsius.

IP54 splash-proof sealed construction

Joints are sealed with waterproof gaskets, the circuit board is coated in protective varnish, and both the motor and potentiometer are sealed with specialised adhesive. The unit includes a metal servo arm and an assortment of horn accessories.

Responsive coreless rotor operation

The hollow-cup design employs a lightweight poleless rotor positioned around internal magnets for rapid acceleration and proportional power delivery. Control circuits adjust motor speed dynamically based on the required travel distance.

Standard PWM interface and compatibility

The servo operates across a 5V to 9V supply range using standard 20ms PWM signals with a pulse width of 500 to 2500 microseconds. It features a standard 25T output shaft with a deadband width under 4 microseconds.

Compact form factor and mounting

Engineered for straightforward integration into robotic joints and custom automation machinery, the casing incorporates standard M3 mounting points. It operates reliably across ambient temperatures from minus 10 to 60 degrees Celsius.
