The High Torque Waterproof Digital Servo delivers up to 35.5kg.cm of torque with absolute 360-degree position control via an integrated 12-bit magnetic encoder. Built with steel gearing, an aluminium heat-sink housing, and IP54 splash resistance, it is ideal for advanced robotics projects and automation equipment.

High-precision 360-degree magnetic encoding

A 12-bit magnetic encoder provides accurate absolute position feedback across a full 360-degree range with an angle difference of 1 degree or less. It responds to standard 500 to 2500 microsecond PWM control signals at operating voltages between 5V and 8.4V.

Reinforced steel gears and aluminium casing

The internal drivetrain utilises reinforced steel gears with an optimised 2.0 centre distance and dual ball bearings for smooth power delivery. A hybrid PA and aluminium housing effectively dissipates heat during high-load operation to extend motor lifespan.

Built-in thermal and overload protection

The servo automatically reduces torque output if an overload or lock-up condition persists for longer than 4 seconds. Output also cuts off completely if internal temperatures exceed 70 degrees Celsius, restoring normal operation once the unit cools.

IP54 splash-proof sealed construction

Gasket-sealed joints, conformal-varnished circuit boards, and adhesive-sealed electronics provide IP54 water and dust protection. Each unit ships with a metal servo arm and an assortment of horn shapes to suit various linkages.

Standard PWM interface and pinout

Operating on a 20ms signal period, the servo provides no-load speeds up to 52 RPM at 7.4V. It features low static current draw and runs smoothly with standard microcontroller PWM logic levels.

Mechanical dimensions and mounting

The servo features a standard 25T 5.9mm output spline with an M3x6 screw and an internal 1:275 gear reduction ratio. It is rated for operational ambient temperatures ranging from -20 to 60 degrees Celsius.
