Precise 360-degree magnetic encoding

A 12-bit high-precision magnetic encoder delivers continuous 360-degree absolute position feedback with improved linearity. Operating on standard 500 to 2500µsec PWM signals, it ensures tight control with an angle difference of 1 degree or less.

Reinforced steel gearing and aluminium housing

The internal drivetrain utilizes reinforced steel gears with dual ball bearings for smooth power transmission and reduced backlash. An integrated aluminium casing enhances heat dissipation during demanding tasks to extend motor lifespan.

Integrated overload and thermal protection

Smart onboard electronics automatically limit torque if a mechanical lock-up or overload condition persists for four continuous seconds. If internal temperatures exceed 70°C, torque output safely shuts off until the unit cools down.

IP54 splash-proof construction

Waterproof gaskets seal the casing joints, while the internal circuit board is coated in protective varnish and internal components are sealed with specialised adhesive. The package includes a metal servo arm and an assortment of horn shapes for flexible mounting.

Interface and wiring configuration

The servo features a standard three-wire PWM connection compatible with 5V to 8.4V power supplies. It draws 100mA at 6V unloaded and handles stall currents up to 3.2A at 7.4V.
