Description
The Gravity N20 Micro Metal Gear Motor integrates an onboard drive chip with an all-metal geared motor, allowing bidirectional speed control directly from a standard PWM servo signal. Operating across 3V to 6V with a 150:1 reduction ratio, it delivers an output speed of 133 RPM without requiring a separate motor driver shield. It is an ideal drop-in solution for students, makers, and hobbyists building miniature robotics, smart locks, and compact motion control systems.
Integrated servo-style PWM control
The built-in drive chip interprets standard 500 Hz PWM/PPM servo signals between 500μs and 2500μs with 1μs resolution to control both direction and speed. A pulse width between 1400μs and 1600μs stops the motor, while values toward 500μs and 2500μs drive forward and reverse rotation at maximum speeds.
Straightforward Gravity 3-pin connection
Equipped with a standard PH2.0-3P Gravity connector, the motor hooks directly up to microcontrollers such as an Arduino UNO R3 using the included 3-pin cable. It features low power consumption in standby, drawing less than 1mA of static current when no PWM control signal is supplied.

Metal gearbox performance specifications
The unreduced 20,000 RPM motor uses an all-metal 150:1 gearbox to output 133 RPM under no load, delivering a stall torque of 1.0 kg*cm. Powered at its 6V rated voltage, the motor draws 50mA under no-load conditions and reaches a stall current of 640mA.
Compact form factor and dimensions
Weighing only 10g and measuring 40mm in length, 12mm in width, and 20mm in height, the unit easily integrates into tight mechanical assemblies. Its miniature profile makes it well suited for robotic chassis, valve actuation, and electronic door locks.
