DFRobot DF9GMS 360 Degree Micro Servo (1.6Kg)

The DFRobot DF9GMS is an ultra-lightweight 360-degree continuous rotation micro servo designed for compact robotics and drive mechanisms. It is well suited to students, hobbyists, and makers building small mobile robots, custom motorized toys, or automated mechanisms.

Continuous rotation for motion mechanisms

This micro servo provides 360-degree continuous rotation rather than positional limiting, controlled by a 500 us to 2500 us signal range. It is ideal for powering drive wheels on mini toy cars, boat propellers, rotating windmills, and other continuous-motion DIY projects.

Lightweight and compact plastic gear design

Weighing just 9 plus or minus 1 g with dimensions of 22.6 mm by 12.2 mm by 27.3 mm, the servo is extremely compact and easy to mount. Its lightweight plastic gear drive keeps total project mass down without sacrificing reliable operation.

Speed and torque capabilities

Operating at 4.8 V to 6 V, the servo delivers stall torque ratings of at least 1.0 kg*cm at 4.8 V and at least 1.3 kg*cm at 6 V. It achieves no-load rotational speeds of 110 plus or minus 10 RPM at 4.8 V and 130 plus or minus 10 RPM at 6 V.

Current draw and operating parameters

The unit maintains a standby current of 40 mA or less at both 4.8 V and 6 V, with stall current capped at 800 mA (4.8 V) and 1000 mA (6 V). It is rated for operating temperatures from -10 degrees Celsius to 50 degrees Celsius and comes with a 250 plus or minus 5 mm wire lead.
