The DF15RSMG is a high-torque, continuous-rotation standard servo motor engineered for demanding robotics and maker projects. Delivering up to 15 kg.cm of torque with full metal gearing, it is ideal for students, hobbyists, and roboticists building mobile robot drives and continuous 360-degree joints.

Continuous 360-degree rotation control

Operating similarly to a DC motor, this servo provides continuous rotation with speed and directional control via standard PWM signals. It is designed for wheels and rotating joints where continuous movement is required rather than fixed shaft positioning.

Durable copper and steel gearing

Built with internal copper and steel gears instead of plastic, the drivetrain withstands high mechanical stress while delivering up to 15 kg.cm of stall torque at 7.2V. This ensures reliable operation and long service life in heavy-duty robotic assemblies.

Interchangeable reinforced servo shells

The motor comes with two thickened shell options: a standard casing featuring four M4 mounting holes and a heavy-duty double-bearing casing. The double-bearing housing provides extra mechanical stability for robot arms and articulating joints.

Low-noise operation with pulse locking

The internal drive circuitry minimises jitter and acoustic noise during operation. An integrated pulse lock function helps reduce microcontroller processing overhead while maintaining consistent motion across a 5V to 7.2V operating range.

Simple wiring and controller integration

The servo interfaces directly with 3V to 5V logic microcontrollers and works seamlessly with the standard Arduino Servo library. Connections follow standard convention with brown for ground, red for supply voltage, and orange for PWM signal input.
