The 6Kg 300° Clutch Servo is a high-torque actuator designed with built-in overload protection and an extended range of motion. It provides dependable performance and damage resistance, making it an ideal choice for students, makers, and hobbyists building robotic arms and articulated models.

Mechanical clutch and electronic protection

If an external force pushes the servo out of alignment during operation, the internal clutch allows it to slip and automatically reset without stripping the gears. Additionally, built-in electronic protection cuts motor power after 5 seconds of continuous stalling to prevent burnout.

Extended 300-degree operating range

Driven by standard 500 to 2500μs PWM pulses, this servo achieves an expanded operating travel of 300°±10°. With no internal hard mechanical limit stop, the output shaft can also be turned smoothly by hand through a full 360 degrees.

Torque and power specifications

Operating across 4.8V to 6V DC, the unit produces over 6kg.cm of stall torque and a rated torque of at least 4.4kg.cm at 6V. It operates with low current draw, consuming no more than 60mA under no-load conditions and static current below 10mA.

Arduino compatibility and dimensions

The servo integrates directly with standard Arduino IDE servo libraries for straightforward coding and control. It includes mounting dimensions suited for custom brackets as well as a full accessory pack containing a servo plate and hardware.
