Description
The 6 DOF 25KG Digital Servo Educational Desktop Robotic Arm V2 is a fully pre-assembled, Arduino-compatible manipulator engineered for STEM learning, kinematics research, and automation control. Built from durable aluminium alloy and driven by six high-torque digital servos, it delivers strong payload handling in a compact desktop format. It is an ideal platform for students, educators, and robotics hobbyists looking to explore multi-axis motion control.
Compact 6-DOF educational design
With a maximum extended reach of approximately 37cm and six degrees of freedom, the V2 arm provides broad articulation in a lightweight 950g footprint. It supports Arduino-based control for scientific experimentation, mechanical kinematics demonstrations, and automated pick-and-place tasks.

Factory assembled and calibrated
The robotic arm arrives fully assembled and factory calibrated right out of the box, removing the need for tedious mechanical assembly. Users can bypass the setup phase and immediately begin developing control code and motion routines.

Durable aluminium alloy construction
The structural frame is manufactured from 2mm brushed aluminium alloy, paired with a 3mm sandblasted aluminium mechanical gripper. Surface oxidation treatments provide wear resistance and structural rigidity under continuous movement.

High-torque 25kg digital servos
All six axes, including the end effector, utilise TD-8125MG digital servos capable of delivering up to 26.8kg.cm stall torque. The base actuator supports a wide 270-degree rotation angle, while the arm joints and gripper operate across 180 degrees using standard PWM signals.

Metal bearings and servo horns
Aluminium alloy servo horns ensure direct, accurate torque transfer from the motors to the linkages with minimal backlash. Miniature metal rolling bearings at each pivot joint reduce mechanical friction and joint jitter during motion.

Power and mounting requirements
The arm operates across a DC 4.4V to 8.4V power supply range with a rated voltage of 5V, requiring a high-current source to accommodate motor stall draws of up to 3400mA per servo. For safe operation and stability, the base bracket must be securely fastened to a flat surface prior to powering on.
