45KG Torque Coreless Waterproof Servo

The 45KG Torque Coreless Waterproof Servo is a heavy-duty digital actuator built with an all-metal gear train and a rugged aluminium enclosure. Capable of delivering up to 45 kg.cm of torque with IP67 ingress protection, it is ideal for makers, hobbyists, and robotics students building multi-joint arms, RC vehicles, and outdoor robotic platforms.

High torque and fast response

Powered by an efficient coreless motor, this servo delivers 35 kg.cm of torque at 6.0V and up to 45 kg.cm at 8.4V. It reaches no-load speeds of 0.12 sec/60° at 6.0V and 0.11 sec/60° at 8.4V for responsive motion under load.

IP67 waterproof aluminium construction

The aluminium shell features all-metal gearing, dual ball bearings, and a laminated circuit board sealed with a waterproof gasket and breathable composite glue. This design protects internal components from water ingress while allowing internal heat to dissipate effectively.

Quiet and low-jitter digital control

High-frequency PWM driving minimises jitter under heavy loads and keeps mechanical operating noise to a minimum. Direct potentiometer drive and digital signal processing provide precise positioning suited to multi-joint robotic assemblies.

Wide rotation angle and pulse locking

The servo responds to pulse widths from 500 to 2500 μsec across a 180-degree control angle, with an unrestricted internal mechanism that avoids physical jamming. An internal pulse lock function maintains actuator hold using a single PPM pulse, reducing controller processing load and extending service life beyond 600,000 cycles.
