45KG Torque Brushless Waterproof Servo

This 45kg high-torque brushless digital servo delivers strong, precise motion within an IP67-rated waterproof enclosure. Built with an aluminium case and all-metal gearing, it provides reliable power for demanding robotics and remote-control mechanisms. Heavy-duty all-metal construction

An aluminium shell and all-metal gearing provide high wear resistance and mechanical durability. Dual ball bearings support the output shaft for smooth operation over an expected lifespan exceeding one million cycles.

IP67 waterproof sealing and heat dissipation

The internal circuit board is sealed with a waterproof gasket and breathable composite glue to achieve an IP67 rating. This enclosure protects the electronics from moisture ingress while allowing operational heat to dissipate freely.

Internal pulse lock and low jitter

A high PWM drive frequency minimises motor jitter and keeps movement quiet under load. The internal pulse lock feature holds position from a single PPM pulse, reducing processing load on your main controller.

High torque and rapid response

Operating across 6.0V to 8.4V, the brushless motor produces 35kg.cm of torque at 6.0V and up to 45kg.cm at 8.4V. It achieves transit speeds down to 0.11 seconds per 60 degrees with a tight 1µsec dead zone for prompt control.

Full 180-degree controlled rotation

The servo accurately travels across a 180-degree control angle within a 500 to 2500µsec pulse range. Without internal mechanical stops, the shaft can turn continuously through 360 degrees without jamming.

Supplied hardware accessories

Each unit comes with a compatible servo horn and mounting screw pack for easy integration into custom frames and linkages.
