Description
The USR-TCP232-T2 is a compact Ethernet to TTL serial module designed for transparent bidirectional data transmission between RJ45 networks and microcontrollers. Powered by a 32-bit ARM processor, it supports multiple socket modes including TCP Server, TCP Client, and UDP. It is an ideal communication solution for makers, students, and engineers integrating wired networking into embedded projects.
Seamless serial networking
This module provides transparent data transmission between standard 10/100Mbps Ethernet networks and 3.3V TTL serial interfaces. It supports auto MDI/MDIX switching for straight or crossover cables and features built-in 2KV electromagnetic isolation.
Flexible operating modes
Users can configure the module across multiple operating modes including TCP Server, TCP Client, UDP, UDP Server, and HTTPD Client. When set as a TCP Server, it supports between 1 and 16 connected clients simultaneously.
Configuration and reliability
Network settings and parameters can be managed via built-in web pages, AT commands, or dedicated setup software. Reliable connectivity is maintained through custom heartbeat packets, registration packages, DHCP IP assignment, and virtual serial port support.
