Description
The PICAXE AXE020 28-Pin Project Board is a dedicated prototyping platform designed to support 28-pin PICAXE microcontrollers. It provides straightforward interfacing for sensors, actuators, and external electronics via dedicated digital, analogue, and Darlington driver lines. This board is an ideal choice for students, educators, and hobbyists developing educational and automation projects.
Input and output connectivity
The project board supports 8 digital inputs, 8 Darlington driver outputs, and 4 analogue channels. Reversible motor output capabilities can also be added by fitting an optional L293D motor driver chip.
Software support
This board is compatible with any software application that supports PICAXE hardware, including the free PICAXE Programming Editor and Logicator for PIC Micros software.
What is included
Input and output ribbon cables are included with the board. Please note that the 28-pin PICAXE microcontroller is not included and must be sourced separately.
