Official Raspberry Pi 5 Case with Fan and Heatsink, Red and White

The official Raspberry Pi 5 enclosure in classic red and white provides robust protection and active thermal management for your board. Equipped with an integrated PWM cooling fan and custom heatsink, it ensures stable performance during heavy workloads. It is an ideal choice for makers, students, and educators building projects with the Raspberry Pi 5.

Active cooling design

Air is drawn in through a 360-degree slot beneath the removable lid, blown over a dedicated processor heatsink, and exhausted through base vents and connector apertures. The integrated fan uses fluid dynamic bearings for quiet operation and features temperature-controlled PWM speed adjustment with a tachometer.

HAT support and expansion

The removable lid provides quick access to the GPIO pins and internal fan assembly. Raspberry Pi HATs can be mounted directly by removing the fan, or placed above the fan using 14 mm standoffs and a 19 mm GPIO extender (available separately).

Enclosure construction

Constructed from durable ABS for the base, frame, and lid, with a polycarbonate fan assembly, the case includes integrated mounting features that support case stacking. Four silicone feet are included to provide steady desktop positioning.
