Optimised Raspberry Pi 5 performance
Supplying up to 5.1V at 5A, this power supply enables the Raspberry Pi 5 to power a wider range of connected peripherals. When the board detects this official supply, it automatically increases total USB port current capacity from 600mA to 1.6A.
Multi-voltage Power Delivery support
Beyond powering the Raspberry Pi 5, the adapter supports standard USB-C PD profiles of 9V at 3A, 12V at 2.25A, and 15V at 1.8A. This provides a versatile, cost-effective power source for third-party PD-compatible electronics.
Mains input and captive cable
The power supply accepts a universal 100-240VAC mains input and features an EU 2-pin plug. It includes a built-in 1.2m 18AWG lead terminated with a USB-C connector.
