Gravity: 4Pin Sensor Adapter

The Gravity: 4Pin Sensor Adapter allows standard 4-pin sensors to interface directly with Gravity expansion boards and microcontrollers. It is an ideal solution for students, hobbyists, and makers looking to streamline wiring and integrate standalone sensors into modular electronics setups.

Gravity interface compatibility

This module converts 4-pin sensor connections into a standard Gravity-4Pin interface. It simplifies prototyping by allowing bare-wire or non-standard 4-pin sensors to plug directly into Gravity ecosystem boards.

Tool-free press-type terminals

The adapter features press-type wire terminals for rapid prototyping. Users can easily insert and secure sensor wires by pressing down on the terminal blocks without requiring a screwdriver.

Selectable 3.3V and 5V power switch

An onboard power toggle switch lets you switch between 3.3V and 5V operation to match your target controller and sensor logic levels. The board supports both 3.3V and 5V input and output voltages.

Compact physical specifications

Measuring 35mm by 27mm (1.38 by 1.06 inches) and weighing 16g, the board fits easily into tight project enclosures and mobile robotics platforms.

Included adapter cable

Each adapter includes a dedicated Gravity 4Pin I2C/UART sensor cable in the package, enabling immediate hookup to your development board or IO expansion shield.
