Description
The ESP32-S3 Round Touch Display Development Board is an integrated human-machine interface platform featuring a 1.85-inch circular capacitive touchscreen, audio interfaces, and Qi wireless charging. Powered by an ESP32-S3 dual-core processor, it suits makers, educators, and engineers building custom wearables, smart home control hubs, and AI-enabled IoT devices.
Dual-core ESP32-S3 processor
Powered by an ESP32-S3R8 dual-core MCU operating at up to 240MHz, the board is equipped with 16MB flash, 8MB PSRAM, and 520KB SRAM. This hardware configuration provides the memory and speed needed to smoothly execute complex graphical interfaces and on-device AI algorithms.
Circular capacitive touchscreen
The 1.85-inch round TFT LCD features a 360x360 resolution with 262K colours and wide viewing angles. It is paired with a 5-point capacitive touch controller that supports UI frameworks including LVGL and Arduino GFX.
Integrated audio for voice interaction
An onboard I2S digital microphone and a 3.5mm audio jack enable direct voice input and sound output. This allows developers to implement AI voice assistants, sound analysis routines, and interactive audio feedback without external audio breakout boards.
Wireless connectivity and Qi charging
The board provides built-in 2.4GHz Wi-Fi and Bluetooth LE 5.0 for IoT networking. In addition to a USB Type-C port for data and power, an integrated Qi wireless charging receiver enables cable-free power in sealed enclosures.
Flexible software and enclosure design
The development board is fully compatible with the Arduino IDE, ESP-IDF, and MicroPython. It includes an onboard microSD card slot for external storage and comes enclosed in a CNC aluminium alloy shell.
