The Cooling Case for Raspberry Pi 4 Model B is a lightweight aluminium alloy enclosure designed to manage thermal performance during demanding computing tasks. Ideal for makers, students, and hobbyists, it provides durable physical protection while dissipating heat silently without requiring active fans.

Dual internal cooling pillars

Two integrated aluminium pillars contact the mainboard to conduct heat away from critical components directly to the outer casing. This passive thermal design effectively reduces operating temperatures by approximately 10 °C.

Oxidised sandblasted aluminium finish

The exterior undergoes an oxidised sandblasting process to prevent surface corrosion and oxidisation over time. The outer shell is engineered with regular bumps rather than a flat surface to maximise heat dissipation.

Dedicated cutouts for external peripherals

All essential ports and connection slots remain accessible while the board is enclosed. Dedicated openings allow straightforward connection to the GPIO header, camera interface, display port, and peripheral cables.

Broad board compatibility and dimensions

The case is engineered to fit Raspberry Pi 4 Model B boards across 1GB, 2GB, 4GB, and 8GB memory configurations. The overall enclosure dimensions measure 90 x 63 x 31 mm.

Included hardware pack

The kit includes one aluminium cooling case, two heatsinks, and a dedicated screw pack for assembly. The Raspberry Pi 4B mainboard is not included.
