Aluminum Heatsink Case for LattePanda V1

The Aluminum Heatsink Case is an all-metal protective enclosure engineered specifically for the LattePanda V1 single-board computer. Featuring integrated passive cooling and external wireless connectivity, it suits makers, educators, and developers deploying their boards in demanding desktop or industrial environments.

Integrated passive thermal management

The chassis incorporates a solid aluminium alloy base module featuring 12mm cooling fins and 6 W/m.K thermal pads to draw heat away efficiently. Testing demonstrates that the LattePanda V1 can operate under sustained full load at 24°C ambient temperatures without thermal throttling.

Durable all-metal construction

Machined from aluminium alloy and finished with black anodising and sandblasting, the case delivers high surface hardness and wear resistance. The complete 450g metal enclosure protects the board from physical damage while maintaining a clean, professional appearance.

External 2.4GHz antenna support

To overcome signal attenuation from the solid metal shell, the kit includes a 2.4GHz antenna alongside an IPEX to SMA adapter. This ensures dependable Wi-Fi and Bluetooth reception during operation.

Versatile desktop and wall mounting

Wing-shaped fixing plates allow the enclosure to be placed securely on a desk or mounted flat against a wall. The unit measures 90 mm by 116.5 mm (86 mm excluding the wing tabs) by 48.5 mm in height.

Modular surface panel customisation

The modular layout allows custom-fabricated top and side panels to easily accommodate official LattePanda add-ons or third-party expansion shields. Open design drawings are accessible to streamline custom panel manufacturing.
