WS2812-16 RGB LED Ring Lamp

The WS2812-16 RGB LED Ring Lamp features 16 individually addressable full-colour LEDs arranged in a compact circular layout. Operating over a single signal line, it is an ideal visual display for students, makers, and hobbyists building interactive microcontroller projects.

Vibrant 16-bead full-colour lighting

Featuring 16 WS2812 LED beads, the ring can produce up to 16 million colours for dynamic lighting effects. A single signal line controls the colour, brightness, and status of every individual bead.

Single-wire daisy-chain cascading

Multiple rings can be chained together by connecting the OUT terminal of the first ring to the IN terminal of the next. All cascaded units maintain individual LED control through the 1-wire bus.

Dimensions and electrical specifications

This 16-bead model has an inner diameter of 4.9 cm (1.93 inches) and an outer diameter of 7.0 cm (2.76 inches). It operates on 3.3V to 5V power with a maximum current draw of less than 100mA.

Broad platform and software support

Equipped with a standard PH2.0-3P connector, the ring integrates smoothly with popular coding environments. It supports Mind+, Microsoft MakeCode, and the Arduino IDE for STEM learning and prototyping.
