The Waveshare CP2102 USB to UART Board provides a reliable serial communication bridge between a computer and microcontrollers using a Micro USB interface. Powered directly from USB with selectable 3.3V or 5V logic output, it features onboard SP0503 protection and activity indicator LEDs. Robust USB to serial bridging

The onboard CP2102 controller provides full-speed USB 2.0 to UART data transfer at rates from 300 bps up to 1 Mbps without needing external crystals or resistors. An integrated SP0503 diode array safeguards the USB connection against electrical transients.
