Description
This vibration sensor module uses an internal inductance coil to deliver rapid, sensitive motion detection for microcontroller projects. It outputs a low digital signal upon detecting movement, making it ideal for students, hobbyists, and makers building alarm systems or vibration monitors.
Inductance coil vibration detection
The module detects mechanical vibration signals using an internal inductance coil that provides fast response and high sensitivity. Upon detecting vibration, the sensor drives its digital output low and activates an onboard LED indicator.
Adjustable sensitivity and visual feedback
Sensitivity can be adjusted on the board to match the trigger threshold of your specific application. The integrated status LED offers immediate visual confirmation whenever vibration is registered.
Flexible 5V to 15V operation
The board supports an operating power supply from 5V to 15V, making it compatible with standard Arduino boards and other external power setups. It draws a low static current of 6mA or less during standby.
Straightforward Arduino connection
The digital switch output supports a maximum load current of up to 100mA for interfacing directly with microcontrollers. Follow the connection diagram to hook up power and signal lines to your development board.
