Description
This ultra-thin 300mm linear flexible potentiometer uses graphene pressure-sensitive film to deliver smooth position tracking across flat or curved surfaces. Engineered with an IP67 waterproof rating and a simple three-pin analog output, it is ideal for makers, robotics enthusiasts, and students building custom touch interfaces, wearables, and soft robotics.
Graphene-based curved touch sensing
Constructed with graphene pressure-sensitive film at a thickness of just 0.45mm, this ribbon sensor conforms easily to curved contours. It delivers continuous linear position signals with a typical accuracy of ±2mm across its entire 300mm sensing length.
Rapid response with low actuation force
The sensor registers touch inputs with a sub-1ms response time and requires only 20g to 50g of actuation force. It reliably tracks positional changes across an operating pressure range of 20g to 200g.
Physical dimensions and mounting
Measuring 300mm in active length and 0.45mm in thickness, the sensor includes pre-applied double-sided adhesive backing for secure attachment to diverse surfaces without extra hardware.

Pressure application method
Applying direct pressure along the sensor strip alters the resistance to output exact positional data. This approach replaces bulky mechanical sliders with a sleek, low-profile linear interface.

Straightforward microcontroller integration
Operating on a 5V supply, the sensor provides an analog output via a three-pin interface that connects directly to Arduino, ESP32, and Raspberry Pi boards. A pre-installed 300mm silicone wire with a standard connector enables quick solder-free prototyping.
Durable IP67-rated construction
An IP67 rating protects the assembly against dust ingress and water immersion, making it suitable for moisture-prone projects. The robust flexible film maintains operational integrity through more than 1 million pressing cycles across temperatures from -20°C to +65°C.
