Stepper Motor Linear Actuator, 300mm Stroke, 700N

This linear actuator combines a 2-phase stepper motor with a 300mm stroke mechanism to provide precise linear motion and up to 700N of force. It offers smooth movement at speeds up to 8mm/s, housed within a durable aluminium casing. It is well suited to makers, students, and hobbyists building automated positioning systems and robotics projects.

Precise linear positioning

The integrated 2-phase stepper motor features a 1.8-degree step angle (200 steps per revolution) and a 5 kg.cm holding torque. This configuration allows for repeatable, incremental positioning across the full 300mm stroke.

Durable mechanical build

Built with an aluminium outer tube and stroke rod, the actuator carries an IP43 protection rating and weighs 1.11kg. It measures 405mm in retracted installation length and extends to a maximum of 705mm.

Driver and power requirements

The unit is rated for 12Vdc to 24Vdc supply input to the drive, with motor phase parameters of 2.8V and 1.68A. An external stepper motor driver is required for operation (M542 driver recommended) and is not included.
