Solar Lipo Charger (3.7V)

The Solar Lipo Charger is a compact charging management board designed to charge single-cell 3.7V lithium batteries using solar energy. Featuring built-in input reverse polarity protection and simple connections, it is ideal for makers, students, and hobbyists creating standalone outdoor sensors and off-grid embedded projects.

Intelligent solar battery charging

Designed specifically for single 3.7V lithium batteries, the module manages charge cycles up to a 4.2V cut-off voltage. It provides a maximum charging current of 500mA, depending on the capability of the connected solar panel.

Input voltage and polarity protection

The board operates with an input voltage range between 4.4V and 6V. Integrated input reverse polarity protection prevents circuit damage from accidental reverse wiring.

Onboard LED status indicators

Integrated LEDs provide real-time charging status feedback. The red LED flashes when no battery is detected, stays solid red during charging, and turns green when the battery is fully charged.

Compact and robust footprint

With dimensions of 33mm by 33mm by 12mm, the module easily fits into small enclosures. It reliably operates within a broad temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.

Green energy applications

This module enables self-sustaining power for stationary or mobile embedded electronics. It is well suited for continuous wireless sensor monitoring and remote data logging systems.
