Submersible IP68 waterproof construction

Rated to IP68 standards, the sensor withstands complete submersion in water and operates in temperatures from -40°C to +80°C. This durable design ensures continuous operation in wet greenhouse conditions, exposed weather stations, and automotive setups.

Wide range and precise measurement

The unit captures light levels from 0 to 200,000 Lux with a fine resolution of 0.01 Lux and an accuracy of ±5%. This allows for accurate readings across varied conditions, from dark indoor rooms to direct, bright sunlight.

Modbus-RTU over RS485 communication

The sensor uses the Modbus-RTU 485 protocol for reliable long-distance data transmission. It interfaces readily with Arduino and other microcontrollers using standard TTL-to-RS485 converters or isolated expansion adapters.

Wide supply voltage and low power draw

Powered by DC 5-32V with an operating current under 10mA, the sensor integrates easily into battery, solar, or industrial power systems. It comes with a 1m cable and mounts via a 25mm opening with a 10mm thread length.
