Description
The RS485 Industrial Water Electrical Conductivity Sensor is a rugged, multi-parameter probe designed for continuous water quality monitoring. Delivering accurate measurements for conductivity, total dissolved solids, salinity, and temperature, it is well suited to hydroponics, aquaculture, and automated irrigation systems. Its standard Modbus-RTU interface allows straightforward integration with Arduino microcontrollers, PLCs, and industrial IoT gateways.
Four-in-one multi-parameter monitoring
Featuring an electrode constant of K=1, the sensor measures electrical conductivity across 1 to 2000 μS/cm with ±1%FS accuracy. Internal algorithms also compute salinity up to 1000 ppm and TDS up to 1100 ppm, alongside real-time water temperature.

Modbus-RTU interface and temperature compensation
The sensor communicates over an RS485 bus using the standard Modbus-RTU protocol and operates on a wide 10V to 30V DC supply. Integrated automatic temperature compensation adjusts readings across -20°C to +60°C to maintain measurement stability in changing environments.

Submersible IP68 waterproof design
Engineered with a corrosion-resistant housing and a 0.6MPa pressure rating, the probe is certified IP68 for long-term submersion. The integrated 5-metre cable allows straightforward installation in deep tanks, rivers, and storage reservoirs.

Factory pre-calibrated with standard solution
Each probe arrives pre-calibrated for immediate out-of-the-box deployment without initial setup. A 100ml bottle of 1413 μS/cm calibration solution, cable ties, and a black protective mesh are included for routine maintenance via register settings.
Hydroponic and environmental applications
Fast response times under one second make this unit ideal for managing nutrient concentrations in hydroponic systems. It also provides reliable continuous monitoring for aquaculture ponds, tap water facilities, and agricultural irrigation networks.
