Description
The Raspberry Pi Pico 2 W is a compact microcontroller development board powered by the RP2350 chip and equipped with 2.4GHz wireless connectivity. Featuring onboard Wi-Fi 802.11n, Bluetooth 5.2, and 4MB of flash memory, it is an ideal choice for makers, students, and engineers developing smart IoT systems and connected sensor nodes.
Dual-core RP2350 processing power
The board is powered by the RP2350 microcontroller, offering dual Cortex-M33 or Hazard3 RISC-V cores running at speeds up to 150MHz. It integrates 520KB of SRAM and 4MB of external Quad-SPI flash with 16KB on-chip cache for fast, dependable execution of embedded code.
Integrated Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity
Equipped with a 2.4GHz wireless module, the board supports Wi-Fi 802.11n as well as Bluetooth 5.2 with Bluetooth Classic and Bluetooth Low Energy roles. This built-in wireless interface streamlines communication for home automation, telemetry, and remote sensing projects.
Versatile pinout and programmable IO
The platform exposes 26 multifunction GPIO pins, including 3 analog-to-digital converter inputs, 24 PWM channels, dual UART, dual SPI, and dual I2C interfaces. It also includes 3 programmable I/O blocks with 12 state machines to emulate custom digital peripherals.

On-chip security and hardware debugging
Integrated security features include Arm TrustZone architecture and SHA-256 hardware acceleration for protected operations. A dedicated 3-pin Arm serial wire debug port is also provided for seamless development and code debugging.
Flexible power and mounting options
The compact 40-pin DIP form factor features 0.1-inch pitch through-hole pins and castellated edges, enabling use on breadboards or direct surface mounting as a module. It can be powered via micro USB, batteries, or external power sources with support for 1.8V to 3.3V I/O.
