Description
The Quad DC Motor Driver Shield for Arduino enables simultaneous control of up to four DC motors directly from your development board. It is an ideal addition for students, educators, and hobbyists building multi-motor robotic vehicles and automated projects. Designed for flexible prototyping, it interfaces seamlessly with 5V and 3.3V platforms.
Simultaneous four-motor drive
This shield operates up to four DC motors at the same time for multi-wheel and complex drive configurations. It allows coordinated motor operation directly through your microcontroller.
Dual-voltage logic compatibility
The board is compatible with both 5V and 3.3V logic levels. It works directly with standard development hardware including the Arduino Uno and Arduino 101.
High-output current rating
Supporting up to 3.2A of total current, the shield provides sufficient power to run multiple motors under load. This delivers reliable performance for dynamic maker and robotics builds.
Efficient pin utilisation
The driver requires 8 pins to control all four DC motors concurrently. This compact signal layout ensures straightforward integration with your microcontroller stack.
