Proto Screw Shield-Assembled (Arduino Compatible)

The Proto Screw Shield combines screw terminals with a dedicated prototyping area, giving makers and students a reliable foundation for semi-permanent Arduino projects. It plugs directly into an Arduino controller to eliminate loose wiring and intermittent port connections.

Secure screw-terminal connections

Wires fasten directly into the onboard screw terminals for a solid, vibration-resistant connection. This setup prevents poor port contact and keeps your wiring tidy and dependable.

Solderable prototyping area

A dedicated central prototyping space allows you to solder custom circuits and components directly onto the shield. It is ideal when you need a semi-permanent circuit rather than a temporary breadboard layout.

Integrated LED and control buttons

The board features a built-in user LED connected to pin D13 alongside two pushbuttons. These include an Arduino reset button and a general-purpose button for project input.

Assembled board and breadboard support

The shield comes pre-assembled and ready to mount onto your Arduino controller. While it does not include a breadboard, it is sized to fit an optional self-adhesive mini breadboard over the central prototyping grid.
