Description
The PH2.0 connector kit provides an assortment of 2.0mm pitch housings, through-hole shrouded headers, and crimp contacts packed in a dual-sided storage box. It is ideal for makers, students, and engineers assembling custom wire harnesses, sensor cables, and compact PCB connections.
Comprehensive 2-pin to 4-pin selection
The kit includes 20 units each of PHR-2, PHR-3, and PHR-4 housings alongside 100 crimp contacts for terminating custom cables. A two-sided compartment parts box keeps all components organised and ready for workshop use.
Through-hole shrouded PCB headers
Included are 20 units each of B2B-PH-K-S, B3B-PH-K-S, and B4B-PH-K-S through-hole shrouded headers. They are suitable for mounting on printed circuit boards with thicknesses between 0.8mm and 1.6mm.
Electrical ratings and performance
Rated for 100V AC/DC and up to 2A AC/DC with AWG 24 wire, these connectors provide dependable power and signal delivery. They feature an insulation resistance of at least 1000MΩ and a withstanding voltage rating of 800V AC per minute.
Wire compatibility and thermal tolerance
The crimp terminals accommodate wire sizes from AWG 32 to AWG 24. The connector assemblies operate reliably in environments ranging from -25°C to +85°C, including temperature rise under electrical load.
Low contact resistance
The contacts provide an initial contact resistance of 10mΩ maximum, remaining below 20mΩ maximum after environmental testing. This ensures consistent electrical conductivity for sensitive electronics and robotics projects.
