Onion Omega Dual Relay Expansion Board, 2A 250V AC

The Onion Relay Expansion allows your Omega to switch two independent, electrically isolated circuits rated up to 60W. Equipped with two electromechanical relays handling up to 2A at 250V AC or 220V DC, it is ideal for makers and hobbyists creating remote home automation projects. Onboard screw terminals and an address switch make wiring and multi-board scaling straightforward.

Dual isolated switching

The expansion features two electromechanical relays designed to switch independent circuits operating at different voltages from your Omega. They support loads up to 60W or 62.5VA with a maximum rating of 2A at 250V AC or 220V DC.

Expandable multi-relay support

An onboard 3-bit address switch allows you to use up to eight expansion boards with a single Omega. This enables you to control up to 16 separate devices or small appliances from one setup.

Convenient screw terminals

Integrated screw terminals provide secure connections for various cables, leads, and wires. This ensures tidy and dependable connections for prototyping and permanent installations.

Compatibility requirements

This expansion requires a dock equipped with an Expansion Header to operate, such as the Expansion Dock, Power Dock, or Arduino Dock R2. Proper safety precautions must be followed when wiring mains voltage circuits.
